How It Works

Report it → We route it → You track it

1. Choose what's wrong

Open the app and pick a sector — roads, water, electricity, health, education, and 20+ others — or use the search to find your exact problem type. Facing an LPG gas cylinder shortage specifically? There's a dedicated Gas Cylinder Stock survey for that.

2. Add proof and location

Take a photo (optional but recommended — it helps the receiving office act faster), and share your location. If GPS isn't available, you can enter your district, municipality, ward, and tole manually. Add a short description of the issue.

3. Report anonymously or with contact details

Your name and phone number are optional. Some follow-ups from a ministry require a contact method to proceed, but you decide whether to share one on every report.

4. We route it to the right office

Based on the sector you picked, your report is emailed directly to the responsible ministry or department, with a copy to Hello Sarkar (1111), the government's central grievance line. You'll see exactly which offices it was sent to before you finish.

5. You get a report ID

Every submission gets a unique report ID so you can reference it in any follow-up. Your report history stays saved on your own device (not on our servers) so you can revisit past reports any time.

6. Reporting from outside Nepal

The app is built for use inside Nepal. If you're a Nepali citizen reporting from abroad, you'll be asked for a Nepal-based contact person so the receiving office has someone reachable locally.

Fair use

To keep the system usable for everyone and prevent spam, there's a daily limit on how many reports one device or connection can submit. Genuine repeat problems are always welcome — the limit only guards against automated abuse.
